Because our supplements are considered ingestible health products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once an item has been opened or delivered. This ensures the integrity and safety of every item we ship.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or if you receive the wrong item, we’ll make it right. Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

  • A short description of the problem

📬 Missing Packages

If your package was marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Please double-check your address and mailbox

  • Contact your local post office

  • Then reach out to us within 5 business days and we’ll do our best to help you track it down
