Thank you for supporting NeuroNudge — a mom-built brand created with your child in mind! We work hard to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely, so you can start giving your little one the gentle, natural support they deserve.

📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.

 

🌍 Shipping Rates & Delivery

U.S. Shipping Only (for now)
We currently ship within the United States via USPS.

📦 Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

🧠 Need to Update Your Shipping Info?

Please email support@neuronudge.com within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to change your shipping address. Once an order is processed, we can’t make any changes.

 

📍 Tracking Your Package

Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with your tracking number. If your package seems delayed or missing, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to help you troubleshoot with the carrier.

💛 Shipping Notes

• We are not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect addresses or weather-related issues.

• If your package is marked "delivered" but you haven’t received it, please check with your local USPS office first before reaching out.
